Chef Joe fills every class with his ongoing chatter, storytelling, and laughter. His friendly and outgoing personality welcomes each Student when they walk in the door.

Tommy is a Graduate and Instructor from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, he brings his artistry to every class. Design, inspiration, and attention to detail are all things that describe Tommy. When it comes to any art form - making candles, arranging flowers, designing or gardening, you'll find a warm smile and share a calming environment with Tommy.
