Event Overview

Sodium Hypochlorite vs. vinegar
Carbon Tetrachloride vs. baking soda
Galaxolide vs. lemon juice

It's easy to not think about what goes into our homes when we're running around Target picking things up as we go, but stacking the ingredients of commercial cleaners up against their natural home remedy counterparts really puts things into perspective. This Dabble class is all about helping you and your family stay healthy ... by eliminating harmful toxins and keeping it real.

This Dabble class is a lesson in the benefits of green cleaning. Learn to yield the natural disinfectant, odor eliminating and stain removing powers of these all natural products and come up with a plan to transition your cleaning routine into a chemical-free affair.

Dabblers will discuss green cleaning methods, share tips room by room and leave with the knowledge they need to ditch the chemicals once and for all. We'll learn by creating-- and each student will make eco-friendly, vegan-friendly laundry soap, sanitizing spray and earth scrub to take home.

A $10 materials fee covers the cost of containers and ingredients for three cleaning products, supplies to use in class and instructions to take home.
