10:30 AM: Meet at Spark Arts (4229 18th Street, 94114) just one block West of Castro.

11:00 AM: Introduction to Knife Skills and Mastering the Farmer's Market with Chef Kelly: Basic knife skills tutorial combined with a lesson on what to look for at the local farmer's market and how to select the best veggies.

12:15 PM: Break for lunch (order-in/nearby)

1:00 PM: The Art of Pickling 101: Learn the ABCs of pickling, from basic brines and fermentation to canning. This hands-on workshop will teach you everything you need to know to start making your own pickles at home.

3:00 PM: Farm-Fresh Cocktails or Bloody Buddies (we'll need to choose one for preparation purposes) Chef Kelly will teach you how to use seasonal fruit, herbs and veggies to create cocktails so fresh, you'll want to slap them.

4:00 PM: Don't Worry, Be Yoncé SF™: Werk the moves created by the Queen herself as we learn fun & fierce routines each week set to the tunes of Mrs. Carter. Whether you are obsessed with all things Bey Bey or are just intrigued by her undeniable control of the masses, you will have the time of your life learning to be Yonce’. Heels are welcome, but not required.

5:00 PM: Day is done! Grab some road sodas at Mollie Stone's Market (next door to Spark Arts) on the way to Dolores Park for some sun in the park followed by some ice cream at Bi-Rite on 18th.
