Flavia Schweizer bringt nach fast 5 Jahren leben und arbeiten in Los Angeles viel authentischen Hip- Hop und Tiefgang in den Unterricht.
Sie vermittelt Hip- Hop als Instrument zur Self- Expression, wo man neue Schritte erlernen, variieren und mit anderen teilen kann.
Alles authentisch, individuell und in einer Disco- Like Atmosphäre. Die Musik und Flavia sind mitreissend, a one- of - a- kind experience!
Mit fast 700kcal pro Stunde verbrannt, bringt die Klasse eine Abwechslung zum Laufband und spricht dazu auch noch die Seele und den Geist an um richtig beflügelt ins Weekend zu starten.

After living and working in Los Angeles for the past 5 years, Flavia teaches Hip- Hop as a way of Self- Expression, where you are able to get introduced to new dance steps, play around with variations and share with others.
Flavia provides a space that encourages authenticity and individuality. In a dimmed- light disco setting you can let the music inspire you and savor this one- of- a- kind experience!
With around 700kcal burned, the Friday Hip- Hop Class can seriously compete with your regular 60min on the treadmill. Keeping a slight upper hand since you are able to engage with your heart and soul.

Flavia Schweizer is a swiss-persian Choreographer and Dancer (dipl. Movementtherapist BZBG) currently living and working in Los Angeles and Zurich.
Being familiar with the commercial entertainment and the art world, Flavia had the opportunity to choreograph for the world renowned TV- Show “So you think you can dance”, the Fusive Belkin commercial, RAW Awards (Los Angeles), major european Rap& Reggae artists and award winning Dance- Theater Productions.
She has performed all over the world for artists like Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Talib Kweli, Snoop Dogg and international brands like Nike and Carhartt.
Flavia brings together urban movement and story- telling.
She creates a dance vocabulary inspired by Hip- Hop, Dancehall and Modern Dance that speaks from an authentic place and has the power to move, touch and inspire her audience.
As an international dance instructor Flavia gets to share her passion and knowledge in many parts of Europe and the United States (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, USA)
